2. Services Provided

BrewHash provides smart contract security audits, DeFi security reviews, formal verification, economic analysis, and AI-powered auditing tools.

• Audits: Our audits are comprehensive reviews of code, but they do not guarantee the absolute security of a smart contract.
• AI Auditor: The AI Auditor tool is an automated analysis tool and should not replace a manual, professional audit.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrewHash, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The information provided by BrewHash, including audit reports, research, and blog posts, is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the BrewHash website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of BrewHash or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
